Built for how institutes actually run — from a single tutor to a full school
Who it's for
One tool, thirty students or three thousand
The tuition teacher
Two or three classes, fees collected by hand, notes shared in a group chat. You get a roll, a materials shelf and a payment record — without hiring anyone to run it.
The institute
Several teachers, overlapping classes, parents asking where their child stands. Everyone gets their own login and sees only what concerns them.
The school
Grades, streams and subject teachers. Attendance and results roll up, so you see the whole institute without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.

What it replaces
Not new work. Work you already do
Most institutes aren't choosing between two products. They're choosing between a product and the way things are now — a group chat, a notebook, and someone's memory.
WhatsApp group for notes
Materials published to a class
Paper attendance register
Marked in seconds, kept for good
Spreadsheet of who paid
Fees tracked per student
Printed papers, hand-marked
Sat online, scored instantly
"Can you send that again?"
Students have their own login
Asking a teacher for a list
The roll, always current
What's inside
Six things every institute keeps track of
Students & teachers
One roll for the institute. Being on it doesn't mean having a login — most students never need one.
Classes & subjects
Who teaches what, and who sits in it. A student can be in several classes; a teacher can run several at once.
Materials
Upload once, publish to the classes that need it. Update the file and everyone has the new version.
Exams
Build a paper, freeze it, publish it. Students sit it online and it scores itself against the version they were given.
Attendance
Marked against the session, not the day. See a term's record without adding up a register by hand.
Fees
What's due, what's paid, who's behind — the question every institute owner asks first.
Getting started
Sign up and use it. That's the whole process
Most institute software in this market makes you request a demo, wait for a call, and negotiate a price before you see a single screen. Here, you can have your first class set up before anyone would have called back.
Pricing
Start free. Pay when you outgrow it
Every plan includes every feature. You pay for how many people are on your roll, not for which parts of the product you are allowed to use. Only active students count — someone who stops attending stops counting.

Questions
Before you ask
Why not just keep using WhatsApp?+
A group chat has no memory. You can't answer "was Ashen here last Tuesday", "did this student pay for March", or "who has the latest paper" without scrolling. Gradow keeps the answers instead of the conversation.
Do students and parents need accounts?+
Only if you want them to. Everyone on your roll exists in Gradow whether or not they ever log in — you can run the whole institute without inviting a single student.
What happens to our data if we leave?+
It's yours. Export it whenever you want, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Can another institute see our students?+
No. Each institute's data is isolated at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface. A teacher who works at two institutes sees them separately, never both at once.
